The composite raw materials that the saddle is made of are some of the most advanced in the world and are used for harsh field applications in the most modern organizations. The frame is glass fiber reinforced. The fabric is Cordura 1000. The pads stuffad with expanded plastic and is interspersed with enclosed cells. The hardware complies with all international standards for loads of hundreds of kilograms. The straps are resistant to abrasion and bear a considerable weight for years. these materials are water, heat and radiation resistant and give great strength to all parts of the saddle for low weight. The saddle has no leather parts, meaning that it need not be oiled and effectively does not require maintenance for years.

Saddle parts may be dismantled for machine laundering.

The saddle is designed to suit any camel. It includes all required accessories: chest strap, padded girth, draw straps, pads, stirrups and a matching saddle blanket. The Kurnob saddle has 2 seats and removable front bags.
